Wow! I can hardly believe it has already been almost a month of Wii &Wine! Here is my latest list of dinner menus and my usual wise and whity commentary. Enjoy!
Day: 22
Meet my in-laws at McDonald's for my son's birthday. I hate this fast food chain so I brought along a mixed greens salad with one can of tuna and my favorite honey mustard dressing to eat instead.Exercise: Wii NFL Training Camp 30 min and Wii Gold's Gym 20 min
Day: 23
Simple Clam Chowder with a mixed greens salad. I used my own crab stock which really ampted up the yummy factor, and I would also use 2% milk not skim.Exercise: Wii Gold's Gym Cardio 30 min and Wii Fit Plus as a warm up for 15 min.
Day: 24
Sweet Potato and Pecan Burger with roasted beets and potato wedges. Very good veggie burger, but caramelize the onions with a bit more sugar and on a low heat for at least 30 minutes.Exercise: Wii Sports Boxing and Tennis for 50 minutes
Day: 25
Exchange meal: Tofu Veggie Stir-fry with rice. My five year old, really liked the tofu in this dish!Exercise: Wii NFL Training Camp for 1 hour
Day: 26
Walnut Breadcrumb Pasta with a soft egg and Chandon Blanc de Nior Sparkling wineExercise: 1 Hour Cardio Box class at the YMCA with Vicki (love her and her class!)

Birthday Party! Homemade pizza with a salad and Captain American Cake washed down with SangriaExercise: 1 hour Wii NFL Training Camp

Don't laugh now, air-popped popcorn and more Sangria.Exercise: walk the dog
