There and Back Again: Bottling Time at Page Springs Cellars and Vineyard: The video

Before you watch this short video, please get ready for an epic experience, so go get the popcorn ready and pop open a bottle of bubbly!  Ha!

As I wrote about last week, I made a little trip up north to Page Springs Cellars in Cornville to watch and learn how the wine is bottled.  It was a great time, to read more about it click here.

I have read about, and seen on TV shows the process of bottling wine, but like anything to see it first hand is always a treat.  Just not a treat for the ear drums, that machinery is so loud!  It took some getting used to.

I did a little voice over on this video so you can get an idea of what each station is doing.  Everything was fully explained to me by Glomski, but to get his voice on the recording would have been impossible.  And why?  Because between the machinery noise and the blasting speakers, really it was hard just to think.    But once you hear the sound of the bottling machine screeching its high pitched squeal, you would understand the need to block it out with ear deafening music.

So without further ado, here is the fabulous video.  And it was not edited my me, that stuff still confuses the heck out of me, it looks like a foreign language to my eyes.  But luckily my dear husband, who has a degree in electronic media, whipped it up for me in no time!  Thanks hubby.

And don't forget to support Arizona wine by passing around this post, visiting a winery, and/or buying the delicious wine.  Cheers and Enjoy!
